Gauge before fulling: 5 sts/1 inch
This simple scarf is made with a Natural Gray for the main color and
rows of contrast color for the highlight. After knitting, stitches are
dropped and unravelled for the entire length of the scarf and then it
is fulled in the washing machine.
The sample shown is made using sport weight 100%
wool for the main
color and 6 different colors of our Northern Lights 15% Silk/85% Wool
blend yarn for the contrasting color.
The finished size is approximately 4.5 inches by
50 inches.
