The Fiesta Mittens

Lucy Neatby has made several trips to the midwest to teach and has enchanted the students with her unique knitting designs characterized by lively colors. We thought that we would kit some of her patterns with our yarns to liven up your knitting stash.

Described as sophisticated mittens to delight your digits, these are knit with a firm gauge to make warm, but not bulky mittens. The kit comes with Blackberry Ridge fingering weight 100% wool yarn in Natural Cream for the main color and hand painted yarn (Tropical Fish) for the contrast, the same yarn as used for the Fiesta Feet Socks. The pattern on the back of the mitten is a fun stitch called Flying Swallows which is also on the main part of the foot of the Fiesta Sock. The pattern has instructions for sizes small (children's), medium and large (adult).
