Gauge: 19 stitches = 4 inches over stockinette

This vest is worked up and down and around from the left side to the right. Vertical stripes are produced by changing between 2 different yarns. Shaping is added using short rows at the bottom which results in some flare that is flattering to many body shapes and is comfortable to wear.

It has instructions for  size 38", 42", 46" and 50" busts and calls for 3, 3, 3, 4 skeins of 2 oz skeins of sport weight in the solid color and 3, 4, 4, 4 skeins of the painted sport weight.

Kits are in Grapes on the Vine and Forest Green or Waterlily and Fern, and include pattern
